“Why are you crying?” John asked a lady in Real Estate after one of his sessions. “Because for the first time ever, I saw people’s faces as I spoke and they were interested in what I had to say.” She tearfully, and thankfully answered, realising that she’d overcome one of her fears.

John Mulvey prepares programs to suit the client, not get the client to fit into an off-the-shelf program. He believes that communication is the main thing that separates us from the rest of the animal kingdom, and works on message received equalling message sent.

Juggling might seem to belong in circuses and of little use in the workplace. It’s not for everyone, and yet most people can manage it once they’ve been shown how.
